Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-02 · Version 2026-05-02

This policy describes how you may and may not use Zipd. Violations can result in content removal, account suspension, account termination, or referral to law enforcement, depending on severity.

You may not use the Service to

  • Generate, store, or share content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors. We will report this immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to local authorities.
  • Plan, encourage, or facilitate violence, terrorism, or the development of weapons capable of mass casualties.
  • Generate sexual content involving real, identifiable people without their consent.
  • Generate content designed to deceive a reader about who wrote it (impersonation, forged correspondence) for the purpose of fraud, harassment, or defamation.
  • Harass, threaten, dox, or stalk any person or group.
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of malware, ransomware, or instructions designed to compromise computer systems.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Violate the privacy of others (e.g., publishing personal data without a lawful basis).
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading commercial activity, including get-rich-quick schemes, fake reviews, and disinformation campaigns.
  • Provide regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) under the appearance of expertise without making the AI-generated nature of the content clear, where omission would be reasonably likely to mislead a vulnerable reader.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to penetrate the Service's security boundaries except as permitted by our coordinated disclosure process.
  • Resell the Service, scrape it, or use it as a free LLM gateway behind a third-party app.
  • Bypass our rate limits, budget caps, or content-moderation systems, including by creating multiple accounts.

You should be aware that

  • Outputs are AI-generated. They may be wrong, biased, or out of date. You are responsible for review.
  • Content you submit is processed by third-party model providers. Do not submit anything you would be unwilling to share with our subprocessors.
  • Published URLs are public. Once shared, they may be archived, indexed, or screenshotted; unpublishing limits future access but cannot retract what has already been seen.

Reporting violations

Every published page carries a small "Report" link in its footer. Click it to flag content you believe violates this policy. We review reports promptly and take down content that violates the policy on our reasonable assessment.

For urgent matters (legal threats, child-safety material, active impersonation), email support@zipd.example directly with as much detail as you can share.

Enforcement

We aim to enforce this policy consistently and proportionally. Minor first-time issues usually result in content removal and a written warning; egregious or repeated violations result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason permitted by applicable law.
